This ensures we fully comply with all CDM regulations and will include everything from welfare facilities to site inductions.
Furthermore, building regulations and planning permission may also be required depending on the type work undertaken. Our project managers incorporate these building control applications into the project. This guarantees the finished design is fully compliant for emergency routes and fire rating.
Precision Project Management
As a scheduling tool we provide a project planner in order to agree the completion time frame. Every stage of the install is planned out around our customer’s deadlines or workflow. This includes mezzanine floors, suspended ceilings, partitioning, flooring, furniture, kitchens, washrooms, plumbing, lights, electrics, data cabling, flooring & air conditioning. We manage all of the trades to ensure everything happens at exactly the right time.
