Contracts Administrator

APS are looking for a Contracts Administrator within the busy Kings Lynn office.

This position is within the fast-paced contracts team.  The individual will be required to prepare / monitor purchase orders and confirm delivery dates.  Circulate drawings, H&S and project documents to the project team, client and site operatives.  They will assist in coordinating labour and materials to site to meet deadlines.   Admin duties include updating and progressing spreadsheets, correspondence by email and liaising on the telephone.

The ideal candidate will need to be a reliable team member, self-motivated, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. Must have good communication skills, be able to organise and prioritise their work load, be adept and accurate on the computer.

Attention to detail is essential, with an in-depth knowledge of Outlook and Excel.

This position is full time, but part time may be considered.

Salary: £9.00 to £11.00 per hour according to experience
